Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes you may need to cancel your session. However, in order to maintain a smooth operation and respect the schedules of our therapist and other clients, we enforce a cancellation policy. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If the session is not cancelled within this timeframe, a cancellation fee of $75 will be applied to cover the cost of the reserved time slot. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
